Prop 49 Trainers

In 2002, California voters passed Proposition 49, the After-School Education and Safety (ASES) Act, to secure ongoing funding for permanent, universal after-school programs at elementary, middle, and junior high schools throughout the state. Funding through Proposition 49 will bring significant change to California 's after school care landscape: adding up to 5000 new programs, serving perhaps a half-million more children and bringing an estimated 20,000 new jobs to the field.

Dr. Bill Michaelis and Ezra Holland want to help. We have already worked with many programs who will benefit from Proposition 49. Many of these programs will see up to a 50% increase in programming and attendance over this next year and beyond. This is a wonderful thing. However many of these programs will be faced with growing pains. We feel that we can help through delivering our tried and true leadership trainings and workshops. Please see below for what we think would be the most effective trainings and workshops for your prop 49 needs.
